Speakers
Bryon Fuchs, P.E. NDLTAP Director and TTAP Co-Director. Bryon has over 25 years of Transportation Engineering experience. He led the Rural & Special Programs area in Local Government Division overseeing oil- impact funds provided to local agencies. He focuses on collaborating with federal, state, local, and tribal partners to make a successful transportation system across the state.
Genny Dienstmann Assistant Director of Operations with the ND Association of Counties. She is also responsible for management assistance to the ND Association of County Engineers and the ND Association of County Recorders. Genny has degrees in accounting and business administration and has achieved designation as a Certified Association Executive by the American Society of Association Executives.
