North Dakota Local Technical Assistance Program (NDLTAP) – UGPTI/NDSU, in partnership with Dakota Paving Association (DAPA), ND Department of Transportation (NDDOT), and Associated General Contractors of North Dakota (AGC) was pleased to hold the 2024 ND Asphalt Conference. The conference was held at the Bismarck Hotel & Conference Center (formerly Ramkota) April 2-3, 2024.
