Description

Speaker(s)
Bryon Fuchs, P.E. NDLTAP Program Director with twenty-five plus years of transportation experience. He previously worked for a consulting engineering firm and NDDOT in Materials & Research and Local Government Division. Bryon was involved in the bridge replacement & inspection program for local agencies while at NDDOT.
Matthew Luger P.E. NDDOT Bridge Management Team Lead with 15 years of transportation engineering experience. He previously worked in the NDDOT Materials & Research Bridge Division. Matt is responsible for the NDDOT Bridge Management System, Bridge STIP, Bridge Scoping, Bridge Load Rating, and Bridge Preservation programs.
