Description

Do routine or non-essential tasks tend to eat up your time and drain your energy? Do you reply, “swamped” or “up to my ears in alligators” when people ask, “How are you doing?” Do you set your priorities for the day and then get swept away by the latest crisis or sudden urgent request? Are you always busy but never seem to get much done? If you answered yes, to any of the above questions, give yourself a break and attend this course, which will help you refocus on and find time for your priorities. You will learn how to use the time you have both more efficiently and effectively by implementing concepts such as “Segment Intentionality” and “Integrity in the Moment of Choice.” In this course you will understand how to plan your calendar according to your purpose and intentions, and learn how to prioritize your use of time, how to recognize “time bandits,” how and when to say “no,” when to delegate and when to relegate. You will leave with an Action Plan you can immediately implement to put you back in control of your time and your life.
