Understanding your role, mission, and the strengths and motivations of your team members are all part of becoming a highly productive team member.


Michelle J. Wall, People Performance Igniter, Business Results Orchestrator, works with organizations, teams, and individuals to boost performance, implement change, and develop and implement strategy. She coaches business professionals in areas of leadership, communication, sales, presentations, process improvement, customer service, and employee engagement. Wall is active in the CTB Women's Leadership Program and NDSU Sigma Alpha Alumni Association. She was named one of the Top 25 Women in Business in 2015 and is a Rural Leadership North Dakota graduate. Wall has a bachelor of science in communications and agriculture with a minor in marketing from NDSU.
