Brian Barott, Technical Training Specialist, works for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Office of Maintenance, where he plays a key role in the design, development, and delivery of MnDOT's commercial motor vehicle training and snowplow operator training, a nationally recognized training program known as SPOT. In addition, he develops and provides heavy equipment training through eLearning and hands-on training formats for employees that maintain Minnesota state highways.
