She has a M.A. in business administration from Augsburg College and specializes in compliance strategies within the stormwater market. Jennifer has a vast background of experience in stormwater, erosion, sediment, control programs and techniques. Jennifer has helped establish specifications and standards in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, North & South Dakota and Manitoba, Canada.
