Microcomputer Data Management System (MDMS, Version 7.1) – This program is designed for county road or city street department. It tracks labor, equipment and material costs for each road or street, project and district. It also tracks maintenance, repair and fuel costs for each piece of equipment. It is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems. It is not compatible with 64-bit operating systems.

Minor Structure, Culvert & Cattle Guard Inventory and Management System – This is a three seperate and independent programs packaged as a single application - we call them modules. One module can be used to inventory and manage small bridge-type structures and box culverts, another for culvert/pipe and a third for cattle guards. It provides for the inventory of a wide variety of structure types and geometric data. It is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems. It is not compatible with 64-bit operating systems.

Roadway Sign Inventory & Management System (Version 7.1) – This is the North Dakota Local Technical Assistance Program's (NDLTAP) Sign Inventory and Management System. It is in full compliance with FHWA's recommendations for a highwya sign inventory and management system and is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems. It is not compatible with 64-bit operating systems.
The program was updated in December, 2009. It provides for both observed and electronic sign reflectivity assessments.
It is designed to meet the needs of both County Highway and City Street Departments. While the process was developed to provide a procedure for collecting and recording initial sign inventories, it serves equally well as a vehicle for maintaining the inventory and managing the system.

Roadway Sign Inventory & Management System (Version 7.1.A) – This is a supplement to the North Dakota Local Technical Assistance Program's (NDLTAP) Sign Inventory and Management System, version 7.1. It is exactly the same as the Version 7.1 program with one exception. Version 7.1.A does not provide for recording electronic measurements of sign retro reflectivity values.
It is in full compliance with FHWA's recommendations for a highway sign inventory and management system and is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems.
Both versions 7.1 and 7.1.A are designed to meet the needs of both County Highway and City Street Departments. Rural Roadway Inventory & Management System (Version 3.0) – This program, sometimes referred to as a Pavement Management Program, includes three modules - one for asphalt pavements, another for concrete pavements and a third for gravel roadways. In addition to roadway geometric data and pavement distress assessments, it includes an added feature that calculated estimated per mile values based on criteria provided by each user. It is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems. It is not compatible with 64-bit operating systems.
