Robin Thorstenson has been leading teams to the next level for three decades in a wide range of roles and industries, ranging from healthcare to government to nonprofits. She currently serves as a training coordinator with a community bank where she coordinates learning experiences for team members, provides leadership training and coaches emerging leaders.

Thorstenson holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, as well as certification in mentoring and leadership curriculums. She is recognized for her expertise in generational culture and has presented to thousands on the topic, most recently at the Energy Generation Conference. She is actively involved in the community and serves on the Dakota Media Access Board, the Leadership Bismarck Mandan Steering Committee, and the local board of Association for Talent Development. Thorstenson shares her time and talents with the Dakota Digital Film Festival and the Bismarck Animal Impound. And, whenever possible, Robin will be enjoying the outdoors with her husband and dog.
